What shipping methods are available?

We offer a duo of shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Economy Shipping: The smart choice for savvy shoppers looking to save while ensuring their items arrive reliably.
  • Expedited Shipping: For those who crave speed and precision, our Expedited Shipping option ensures your order reaches its destination with urgency and care.
At the moment, we are unable to deliver to military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will it take to get my package?

Order delivery time is estimated to be 7-15 days in the USA. Please keep in mind that delivery time may be delayed during peak season, holidays, high-volume periods, carrier delays, customs review, or weather conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We proudly provide global shipping services, including economy shipping for international orders when available. Please note that certain international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes, duties, customs fees, or local charges.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal. PayPal is a popular online payment method, and it helps you shop with confidence. When you use PayPal to place a purchase, you may be routed to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by entering your PayPal account information.

Is buying online safe?

Can I switch my order?

No. When a customer places an order, they are asked to confirm all details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, shipping address, and other order information.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customer selecting incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, quantities, or other order details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be canceled if the cancellation request is submitted within 6 hours of placing the order.

If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

Please be aware that a management, processing, and transaction fee equal to 10% of your total order value may be applied to the cancellation process. You can send cancellation requests to support@tartanvibesclothing.com.

Can I return or refund my order?

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. There are no additional sub-fees, except for shipping costs when you send the return package, unless the issue is caused by our error.

What is the policy’s time frame?

Our policy is in effect for 30 days after the delivery process is completed. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and reimbursement may no longer be available.

I have not received my package. What can I do?

If the shipping tracking status is complete but you have not received your order, please first check around your home, mailbox, porch, garage, front desk, or any safe delivery area where the package may have been placed.

If this does not help, please contact the shipping company listed in your shipping notification email. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact our support team at support@tartanvibesclothing.com.
