How to measure

  • AHead circumference — all the way around the head, about 1 in (2.5 cm) above the ears, where the cap sits.
  • BHat height — from the sweatband up to the highest point of the crown.
  • CBrim width — straight across the brim from one side to the other.
  • DBrim length — from the front edge of the cap to the tip of the brim.

Note: Head circumference is the range the cap fits comfortably; all other measurements are taken with the cap laid flat. Wrap a soft tape around your head, keeping it level, and choose the larger size if you fall between the two. Allow up to 0.5 in (1 cm) variation.
