This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping fees for Tartan Vibes Clothing orders.
1. Order Processing
Processing time is the time needed to prepare, produce, and pack your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Processing may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
2. Shipping Options and Estimated Arrival
Estimated total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time. All shipping times in the tables below refer to transit after dispatch.
- Economy Shipping: 15–20 business days after dispatch, where available.
- Standard Shipping + Insurance: 15–20 business days after dispatch, unless a destination-specific service is listed below.
- Expedited Shipping + Insurance: 7–15 business days after dispatch, where available.
For example, apparel with 3–5 business days of processing and 15–20 business days of Economy Shipping has an estimated total delivery time of 18–25 business days.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, and incorrect shipping information may affect arrival times.
Available shipping methods and charges depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout. Standard Shipping + Insurance has the same estimated transit time as Economy Shipping.
3. Free Economy Shipping
Free Economy Shipping is available when your merchandise subtotal meets the applicable threshold below and Economy Shipping is offered for your address. The offer applies automatically at checkout; no discount code is required.

Free Shipping Conditions
- The qualifying merchandise subtotal is calculated after discounts and coupons, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and import duties.
- Free shipping covers Economy Shipping only. Standard, Expedited, and carrier-specific shipping services are charged at their regular rates.
- Free Economy Shipping does not shorten processing or transit times.
- Remote-area surcharges, customs duties, and import taxes are not covered.
- If Economy Shipping is unavailable for your address at checkout, the free shipping offer does not apply.
- One free shipping benefit applies per order. A single order cannot be delivered to multiple addresses.
- If items are returned or canceled and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund, subject to applicable consumer rights.
- The offer may change or be withdrawn. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
4. United States
The following rates apply to eligible United States delivery addresses. Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska have separate shipping arrangements listed in Section 5.

5. Special Destinations and Carrier-Specific Services
Some destinations require address verification or a specific carrier. Economy Shipping and free Economy Shipping are unavailable to the Pacific destinations, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska listed below.

Remote Areas
Remote areas are determined by the logistics provider. Economy Shipping is unavailable to remote addresses, so the free Economy Shipping offer does not apply.
An additional remote delivery fee of $14.99 USD may apply when Expedited Shipping is selected for a remote address. We may recommend Australia Post as an alternative when available.

7. Canada

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient.
Orders sent to the European Union, United Kingdom, and Canada by DHL Express may incur these charges. For information about potential charges, consult the customs authority in your destination country.
Free Economy Shipping covers the shipping fee only. It does not cover import duties or taxes.
12. Tracking and Delivery Information
- Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch, when available.
- Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
- Available shipping methods depend on your address. If Economy Shipping is unavailable, other eligible methods and their rates will be shown at checkout.
13. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
- PO Box deliveries are accepted, but Expedited Shipping is unavailable.
- We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses.
- Certain destinations require a verified shipping address or a carrier-specific service.
14. Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the date you placed it, please contact support@tartanvibesclothing.com. We will review the shipment and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund when eligible.
You may also contact us earlier if you have concerns about tracking or delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable statutory consumer rights.
